The ICVA is the best one-stop source for your housing needs and the delegates attending your event. Our ICVA Housing System, a Passkey user managed by our in-house professional travel counselors, is easy to use and designed to fit the needs of the attendee, as well as the planning needs of your organization. Maximizing inventory control, providing real-time reporting and minimizing attrition risk exposure are key components of this housing system.

We’ll be on hand to pre-promote at your organization’s event prior to the year it is held in Indianapolis. Your Convention Services Manager’s presence there will include promoting attendance for your event in our city. Just as important, we’ll have the opportunity to learn how the event works, get an insight into the constituents who attend and be better informed about the facility needs you require conducting the event. Bottom line: we’ll be better educated to take care of your needs while helping you get the word out about Indianapolis.Conventions and events whose scope includes a national or international audience may be eligible for this activity.
